  • 24 per hour through our performance pay system, plus tips and bonuses.
No cleaning experience? No problem. We provide paid training. Important Before Applying Interview and first 2 weeks of training take place in Fargo We provide paid training We also pay a drive reimbursement/travel fee during training After training, you'll work in the Detroit Lakes area What You'll Do Clean residential homes using our proven systems Work independently or with a teammate Deliver high-quality service to our clients Take pride in making homes look amazing What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable Positive attitude Able to be active throughout the day Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Smartphone for work communication Able to pass a background check What We Offer ✅ Average $20
