Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high cleanliness standards Manage janitorial tasks like restocking supplies, disposing of waste properly, and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition Assist with outdoor work when necessary, such as sweeping walkways or maintaining exterior cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment Practice manual handling techniques safely when lifting heavy furniture or equipment during cleaning or setup tasks Deliver outstanding customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping roles Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and outdoor maintenance Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while lifting heavy items or equipment Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Experience with laundry operations and janitorial responsibilities in various settings Familiarity with housekeeping management practices and outdoor work experience is a plus Embark on a fulfilling career where your dedication to cleanliness and service makes a real difference!
