Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Execute specialized floor care procedures including carpet cleaning, tile scrubbing, to maintain flooring excellence. Ensure sanitation protocols are strictly followed to promote a healthy environment; handle waste disposal and disinfect surfaces regularly. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally while maintaining discretion and respect for privacy. Assist with household or facility management tasks such as organizing supplies, restocking essentials, and coordinating maintenance requests. Apply techniques to uphold hygiene standards in both residential and commercial settings; utilize appropriate cleaning products and equipment. Experience Proven experience in residential or commercial environments with a strong focus on detailed cleaning tasks. Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred, demonstrating excellent attention to guest satisfaction. Skilled in various cleaning methods including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry operations. Knowledge of housekeeping management principles to efficiently organize tasks and supervise cleaning staff if applicable. Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies; ability to adapt techniques based on different surfaces and environments.
