  • Part-time Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team in a hospitality environment.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within our establishment, ensuring that all guest areas and laundry services meet the highest standards of quality and hygiene. This position requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced setting. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas, adhering to established housekeeping standards. Manage laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and towels efficiently. Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces to maintain cleanliness. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for daily use; report any inventory needs to management. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and provide excellent service to guests. Address guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their overall experience. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping management or similar roles within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of custodial practices, industrial cleaning techniques, and floor care methods. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards guest service. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
