Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that our residential suites are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. In this vital role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning duties and creating a welcoming environment for guests. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of living spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and professionally. Ensure all sanitation standards are met by properly disposing of waste and disinfecting high-touch areas regularly. Manage residential cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing. Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling cleaning. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation procedures, and floor care methods. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Experience with laundry operations is preferred. Previous housekeeping management experience is a plus!
