Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in Hotel Guestrooms. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Housekeeper will ensure that all areas are clean, sanitized, and welcoming for clients and guests. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Clean and maintain guestrooms, bathrooms, corridors, and lobby areas to ensure a hygienic environment. Assist in laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Organize cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently for easy access. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health standards. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed. Skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Good communication skills to interact with clients or team members professionally. Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is preferred but not required. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
