In this vital role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout guest rooms and public areas. Your dedication will directly enhance guest satisfaction and uphold our reputation for exceptional service. This paid position offers an energetic work environment where your skills in cleaning, floor care, and custodial tasks will shine. Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and inviting Perform detailed floor care, including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness of hallways and public spaces Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, linens, and supplies to ensure guest needs are met promptly Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them immediately Follow established cleaning procedures using industrial cleaning equipment to ensure efficiency and high standards of hygiene Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas and assist with linen management as needed Support hotel management with additional custodial tasks to uphold a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Qualifications Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles; hospitality experience is highly valued Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and janitorial equipment operation Familiarity with industrial cleaning products and safety protocols to ensure effective sanitation without hazards Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness Prior experience with housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks comfortably Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise transforms guest spaces into pristine retreats.
