We pride ourselves on providing a curated, cozy retreat for adventurers and North Shore enthusiasts. Unlike a massive hotel chain, we focus on a personalized "boutique" experience. Every room has character, and your work is the foundation of our guests' North Shore memories. We are looking for a meticulous and dependable Housekeeper to join our small, dedicated team. The Schedule & Seasonality This is a seasonal position with the potential for flexible winter work:

Primary Season:

Now through October 31st (The peak North Shore experience!).

Winter Option:

Potential for additional shifts during December and January to accommodate our winter travelers and holiday guests.

Hours:

Up to 35 hours/week. Daytime shifts. Key Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, including stripping and making beds, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms.

Laundry operations as needed:

Categorize laundry by color, fabric, and washing temperature to prevent damage. Pre-treat stains and fold, iron and hang sheets and towels as appropriate Ensure rooms reflect "The Boutique Touch": check that decor is perfectly placed, coffee stations are stocked, and the space is "staged" for guest arrival. Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, including the lobby, outdoor seating areas, and guest amenities Conduct quality control checks and promptly report maintenance needs (e.g., burnt-out bulbs, leaky faucets). Compensation and Benefits Compensation :

$18-20 hourly, depending on experience +
