The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and pleasant experience. The Housekeeper will be responsible for performing various cleaning tasks in guest rooms, public areas, and other hotel facilities. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies. Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, and polishing as required. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptly. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Provide exceptional hospitality by responding to guest requests in a timely manner. Requirements Previous hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory; janitorial or custodial experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleaning standards. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
