Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that our spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks, creating a welcoming environment for our guests. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and positive attitude will contribute to the overall satisfaction and well-being of those we serve. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, polishing surfaces, etc. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing. Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces regularly. Conduct outdoor work such as trash removal, and maintaining pathways to uphold property aesthetics. Manage housekeeping supplies inventory and restock materials as needed while adhering to safety protocols. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial background required. Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with guests and employees. Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout shifts. Outdoor work experience demonstrating reliability in maintaining exterior spaces. Knowledge of laundry processes and equipment operation for efficient service delivery.
