Housekeepers are essential to delivering that promise by maintaining spotless guest rooms and public areas. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our brand new Candlewood Suites by IHG opening team.

Job Summary:

The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas to IHG brand standards. This includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms, replenishing supplies, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Housekeepers are key to guest satisfaction and hotel success.

Responsibilities:

Clean guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms Replenish amenities, linens, and towels in guest rooms Remove trash and used linens; restock housekeeping carts Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly Maintain cleanliness in hallways, lobbies, and public spaces as assigned Follow hotel safety and sanitation procedures Work efficiently and accurately within time standards Provide friendly, respectful service to guests when encountered Follow all IHG brand standards for room presentation and cleanliness

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand, bend, kneel, or walk for extended periods Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed High school diploma or equivalent preferred Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
