Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards. Handle laundry duties Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality.

• Manage sanitation procedures diligently to ensure all areas meet health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally. Keep detailed records of cleaning schedules, supplies inventory, and maintenance requests to ensure smooth operations. Requirements
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, buffers, and steam cleaners effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Prior janitorial or custodial experience is highly desirable; hotel experience is a plus. Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness consistently.
