Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Laundry Housekeeping Assistant to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and proper handling of laundry and linens across our facility. Duties Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines efficiently and safely Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize linens, towels, and guest clothing with precision and care Perform dry cleaning tasks on delicate or specialized items following established procedures Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas by regularly cleaning equipment and workspaces Ensure timely collection and distribution of clean linens to designated areas within the facility Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for chemicals used in cleaning processes Assist with inventory management by monitoring supplies and notifying supervisors when stock levels are low Skills Proven experience with laundry operations, including washing, drying, and folding techniques Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and best practices in hospitality settings Familiarity with dry cleaning processes for delicate fabrics or special items Excellent attention to detail to ensure linens are spotless and well-maintained Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Good physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable for understanding guest service standards Join us in delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort!
