Part-Time Housekeeper/Cleaner - Vacation Rental

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Cleaner to join our team part-time from mid-June through mid-October. The ideal candidate will ensure cleanliness, organization, and overall upkeep of all guest and resort areas. Duties Perform thorough cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in guest bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas. Inspect and replenish guest supplies such as linens, toiletries, cleaning supplies, kitchen basics. Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage workload.. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary. Adhere to established cleaning protocols and safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and professionally. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work weekends and holidays. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is beneficial. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and organization. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. A positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
