Position Overview:
Responsible for providing excellent, memorable guest service to all guests while maintaining outstanding professionalism that reflects the Companys commitment to creating memories for its guests, staff and shareholders. Room Attendant does this by ensuring that the cabin and/or hotel room is thoroughly cleaned and maintained to the standards set by the organization.About Cote Hospitality:

This role could expand into a supervisor role after established tenure and internal department training. It depends on the individual to ensure that they are exceeding expectations and seeking guidance/training when offered.Duties & Responsibilities:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Employee is to make beds in manner instructed Bathrooms are to be cleaned and organized per specificationsAll housekeeping supplies to be maintained and replenished as neededMust sweep and/or mop floorsMust inspect and empty all garbage unitsShould inspect for dust, and clean/eliminate any identifiedMust fully vacuum units as per instructionShould fill & move (as needed) linen bagsMust communicate with supervisor/manager when supplies are getting low and/or when repairs/preventative maintenance must be completed Other duties may be assigned
Job Requirements:
Comfort with repetitive tasks on a daily basisAbility to manage time well, meet imposed deadlines and ability to work flexible hoursThe position requires the ability to lift over 50 pounds occasionally.This position requires the ability to stand, walk (4-5 hours at a time), kneel, and climb stairs, reach & bend. The position requires that the employee be able to read basic chemical labels and write in complete sentences in submitting reports and assessments.
Education & Experience Six (6) months experience in room/cabin/house cleaningValid drivers license for use of company vehicles may be required for certain roles#GVL
