Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeper/Janitor and play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This energetic position requires a proactive approach to cleaning and sanitation, ensuring all areas meet the highest standards of hygiene and safety. You will be responsible for performing a variety of custodial tasks across our facilities Your dedication will directly contribute to the comfort and well-being of staff, visitors, and clients alike. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies. Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, ceilings, and fixtures to uphold a pristine appearance. Handle waste disposal and recycling processes in accordance with environmental services guidelines. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance or sanitation issues promptly. Use specialized floor care equipment for waxing, buffing, stripping, or polishing floors to preserve their condition. Follow established safety procedures during cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or healthcare settings is highly preferred. Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently while adhering to safety protocols for a safe working environment.
