Duties Perform thorough cleaning of hotel rooms, making beds, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care and efficiency Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms and common areas regularly Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and applying appropriate floor care techniques to preserve their condition Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, linens, and cleaning products to ensure all needs are met promptly Follow safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment to promote a safe working environment Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests promptly and professionally while maintaining privacy and discretion Skills Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures or housekeeper management is a plus Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Join us in creating clean, welcoming spaces where comfort meets excellence!
