Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Room Attendant, where your energy and attention to detail will create a welcoming and spotless environment for our guests. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring an exceptional experience for every visitor. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including beds, bathrooms, floors, windows, and furniture to ensure a pristine environment. Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, linens, and other supplies to meet guest needs. Perform floor care duties including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard surfaces, and maintaining overall cleanliness of public areas. Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and maintain safety standards. Follow health and safety protocols diligently to provide a safe environment for guests and staff. Assist with janitorial tasks in common areas like hallways, lobbies, and restrooms to uphold cleanliness standards across the property. Qualifications Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial work is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and janitorial equipment. Experience with industrial cleaning tools and supplies is a plus. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service principles is advantageous.
