Duties Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning techniques Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and disinfected according to health standards Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure readiness for guests or residents Provide excellent customer service by addressing any special requests or concerns promptly and professionally Manage housekeeping inventory and report maintenance issues or supply shortages to supervisors Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, and carpet cleaning methods Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and bending frequently Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Experience with laundry operations and handling various cleaning equipment is highly desirable Prior housekeeping management experience is a plus for supervisory roles Join us in creating pristine environments where comfort and cleanliness are our top priorities!
