Duties Perform thorough cleaning of living spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold hygiene standards. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently. Maintain floors through specialized care such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing to ensure a pristine appearance. Prepare and serve light meals or snacks as needed, demonstrating basic cooking skills to enhance guest comfort. Manage janitorial tasks including waste disposal, restocking supplies, and ensuring bathrooms are spotless and fully stocked. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to resident or guest requests with professionalism and friendliness. Follow safety protocols related to sanitation and cleaning procedures to maintain a safe environment for all. Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, buffers, and steamers effectively. Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in all aspects of housekeeping tasks. Basic cooking skills for preparing simple meals or snacks when required. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks efficiently.
