Additional duties include cleaning of common areas, project cleaning and seasonal cleaning duties as assigned. Weekly cleaning in resident's rooms.

Housekeeping Job Responsibilities:

Provide consistent & quality work to the residents and staff Follow job routines and instructions according to the assigned housekeeping schedule. Assure resident apartment and laundry are clean and sanitized as scheduled. Maintain inventory for daily needs & notify supervisor of supply issues Assist in keeping all common areas neat, clean, and safe. Follow the daily schedule to ensure all tasks are accomplished in a timely manner. Housekeeping Qualification Ability to make responsible choices and decisions, and act in the resident's best interest. Ability to motivate oneself and work independently Ability to be flexible and to work with other staff and residents Ability to maintain confidentiality
