Duties Perform thorough cleaning of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and stairwells to ensure a pristine appearance at all times Assist with room setup and replenishment of supplies such as towels, linens, toiletries, and amenities to enhance guest comfort Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques suitable for various surfaces Support housekeeping staff by transporting linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment efficiently throughout the property Conduct routine inspections of common areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report them promptly Ensure janitorial supplies are stocked and organized for easy access by team members Follow health and safety protocols diligently to uphold a safe environment for guests and staff alike Qualifications Prior experience in hospitality or custodial roles such as hotel housekeeping, janitorial work, or industrial cleaning is highly desirable Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, surface sanitation, and waste disposal Familiarity with hotel operations or experience in hospitality environments is a plus Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts A positive attitude with excellent communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with team members Join us in creating welcoming spaces where guests feel valued from the moment they arrive!
