The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. Experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality settings is preferred, but a strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a positive guest experience through exceptional cleanliness and service. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies Perform floor care tasks such as mopping and carpet cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness Ensure all public areas, hallways, and lobbies are tidy and well-maintained Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe working environment Adhere to hotel policies regarding hygiene standards and guest privacy Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment Requirements Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, janitorial services, or custodial work is highly desirable Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and industrial cleaning equipment preferred Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated shifts Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, and bending or kneeling A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding hospitality service
