The main responsibilities of this position include: Cleans and maintains hotel property in accordance to Hawkeye Hotels and brand standards and specifications, observing safe work practices. Other Duties include but are not limited to: Practices customer service behaviors, such as listening, initiative, responsiveness, cheerfulness, accommodation, courtesy, honesty, and professionalism. Demonstrates good communication skills and helps ensure optimum communication between all shifts, departments, and management. Makes decisions in the best interests of the property and in compliance with all applicable policies and procedures. Demonstrates positive Team spirit, helping other Team members as necessary to achieve required standards of productivity and guest care.
