Paid Sick Time DailyPay Housekeeping Responsibilities and Duties Provide consistent & quality work to the residents and staff Maintain a clean and orderly work area and cleaning cart Follow job routines and instructions according to the assigned housekeeping schedule Assure resident apartments are clean and sanitized as scheduled Maintain inventory for daily needs & notify supervisor of supply issues Assist in keeping all common areas neat, clean and safe Follow the daily schedule to ensure all tasks are accomplished in a timely manner Cleaning duties includes but not limited to: Vacuuming hallways, elevators and furniture Washing inside glass doors and windows Sweeping and/or mopping floors Cleaning and stocking supplies in restroom Dusting Rubbish/trash removal Washing / polishing woodwork and baseboards Seasonal duties as assigned Housekeeping Qualifications Minimum 1 year housekeeping/cleaning experience Able to make responsible choices and decisions, and act in the resident s and overall community's best interest Ability to motivate oneself and work independently Ability to be flexible and to work with other staff and residents Knowledge of cleaning chemicals Good work ethic Maintains confidentiality
