Housekeeping Job Details:
Hours- Typical shifts range 9am-5pm , this is a on-call position Pay Range

Paid Sick Time DailyPay Housekeeping Responsibilities and Duties- Provide consistent & quality work to the residents and staff
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area and cleaning cart
- Follow job routines and instructions according to the assigned housekeeping schedule
- Assure resident apartments are clean and sanitized as scheduled
- Maintain inventory for daily needs & notify supervisor of supply issues
- Assist in keeping all common areas neat, clean and safe
- Follow the daily schedule to ensure all tasks are accomplished in a timely manner Cleaning duties includes but not limited to:
- Vacuuming hallways, elevators and furniture
- Washing inside glass doors and windows
- Sweeping and/or mopping floors
- Cleaning and stocking supplies in restroom
- Dusting
- Rubbish/trash removal
- Washing / polishing woodwork and baseboards
- Seasonal duties as assigned Housekeeping Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year housekeeping/cleaning experience
- Able to make responsible choices and decisions, and act in the resident's and overall community's best interest
- Ability to motivate oneself and work independently
- Ability to be flexible and to work with other staff and residents
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals
- Good work ethic
- Maintains confidentiality
