Hotel Housekeeper

Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a spotless environment. Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces. Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels to meet hotel standards. Perform floor care tasks including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping to keep all flooring surfaces looking their best. Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards. Follow health and safety protocols rigorously to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff alike. Assist with inventory management by stocking cleaning supplies and amenities as needed. Assist with breakfast restocking and cleaning. Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within hotels or hospitality environments is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques such as vacuuming and mopping. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleanliness standards. Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with hospitality industry practices and guest service expectations. Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks comfortably.
