Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold hygiene standards Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently Maintain floors through proper care techniques like carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and routine maintenance to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally Ensure all areas are sanitized according to health regulations, including kitchens, bathrooms, and common spaces Handle janitorial tasks such as restocking supplies, emptying trash bins, and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition Support housekeeping management with inventory control, scheduling assistance, and adherence to safety protocols Experience Prior experience in residential cleaning or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and custodial procedures Familiarity with floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing Experience with laundry operations and sanitation standards Background in janitorial or custodial roles demonstrating attention to detail and efficiency Customer service experience that highlights professionalism and effective communication skills Previous housekeeping management experience is a plus for leadership opportunities Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a tangible difference!
