Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces following established protocols. Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and restock supplies to ensure guest comfort. Perform floor care duties including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces. Conduct routine inspections of rooms and areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Follow safety guidelines and proper cleaning procedures for industrial and janitorial cleaning tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of daily cleaning schedules. Maintain a positive attitude while delivering exceptional custodial service that exceeds guest expectations. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments preferred. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards and hospitality industry practices. Ability to handle industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization. Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts.
