Team Lead Residential House Cleaner $20-$24

The Cleaning Solution of White Bear Lake is looking to fill the position of a residential house cleaning

TEAM LEAD. A

minimum of 1 year house cleaning experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate! Team leader pay is $20.00 - $24.00 per hour.

Requirements:

Available Tuesday-Friday 7:30AM-5:30PM Valid drivers license, a vehicle and insurance on the vehicle you would be driving Proficient in speaking, reading and writing English 1+ year of house cleaning experience preferred but not required You would be responsible for: Overseeing and supervising cleaning crew, while cleaning along with them Picking up and returning supplies/equipment to office at the beginning and end of each day Maintaining clients keys and entry codes. Performing quality control checks

We are located in White Bear Lake and service roughly a 15-20 mile radius from our location. We work in teams of 2-3 persons and have regular clients which means a consistent work schedule.
