Position:

Housekeeper As a Housekeeper , you play a critical role in delivering on our mission. You are responsible for ensuring guest rooms and public spaces are clean, comfortable, and ready to exceed expectations. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness directly impact each guest's experience. In our fast-paced environment—especially with theater events and high occupancy—you will be part of a team that takes pride in efficiency, consistency, and high standards. What You'll Do Clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms Restock room supplies such as linens, toiletries, and amenities Maintain cleanliness in public areas, hallways, and back-of-house spaces Respond promptly to guest requests and special cleaning needs Support laundry operations as needed Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas while maintaining quality standards Identify maintenance or safety issues and report them promptly Help create a welcoming and comfortable environment for every guest What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and pride in a job well done Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Dependability and a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to support coworkers Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Us If you are someone who takes pride in your work, values cleanliness and organization, and enjoys being part of a team that supports one another, this could be a great fit.
