Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Houseman to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the hotel, ensuring that every guest enjoys a comfortable and welcoming environment. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring that all items are fresh and clean for guests. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and other amenities as needed. Maintain cleanliness in public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing according to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient operations and high standards of cleanliness. Experience Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and floor care techniques is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
