Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain high standards of cleanliness Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care Maintain impeccable floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, carpet cleaning, and polishing to ensure floors are spotless and well-maintained Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs politely and professionally during visits Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote a healthy environment Manage janitorial supplies inventory and restock cleaning products as needed to support ongoing cleaning tasks Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as upholstery care, window washing, or deep cleaning projects when required Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping roles is highly desirable Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, and carpet or upholstery cleaning Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Familiarity with laundry procedures and equipment operation is a plus Prior janitorial or housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness consistently Join us in creating pristine environments where comfort meets excellence!
