Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to ensure a spotless environment. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas using appropriate cleaning agents. Provide excellent customer service by respecting clients' homes, listening to their specific needs, and addressing any special requests promptly. Manage floor care tasks, including carpet cleaning, polishing hardwood floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness of all flooring surfaces. Assist with light housekeeping management tasks when needed, including organizing spaces and managing supplies for ongoing cleanliness. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is preferred Experience with hotel housekeeping or professional cleaning services enhances your ability to deliver top-tier service. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques, such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures, is preferred. Strong customer service skills are essential for building trust and ensuring client satisfaction. Knowledge of safety standards related to cleaning chemicals and equipment usage is important for maintaining a safe work environment.
