Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality setting, emphasizing attention to detail, cleanliness, and excellent customer service. Prior hotel experience is required, we welcome motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in hospitality. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies Perform floor care tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness Maintain cleanliness of public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces Handle industrial cleaning tasks when necessary, utilizing appropriate equipment and cleaning agents Follow established protocols for safety and sanitation to ensure compliance with health regulations Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and linens Support housekeeping management in training new staff and maintaining operational standards Skills Proven experience in cleaning. Hotel or hospitality experience is a plus Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning procedures Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and hotel staff Join our team to contribute to creating a pristine environment that enhances guest satisfaction.
