Housekeeper

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness across various facilities, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment for guests and staff. This role is vital to uphold the high standards of cleanliness expected in hospitality, industrial, or custodial settings. Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within the industry. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing to ensure a spotless appearance Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products as needed Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment Handle special cleaning projects such as carpet cleaning or deep sanitation tasks when assigned Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to janitorial and industrial cleaning tasks Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial work, or janitorial services is highly desirable Experience with floor care techniques including polishing and carpet cleaning is a plus Background in hospitality or industrial cleaning environments will be advantageous Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is beneficial but not required Candidates with custodial experience or expertise in facility maintenance are encouraged to apply This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a clean and welcoming environment while developing valuable skills within the cleaning and hospitality industry.
