Housekeeping Worker

Job Summary We're looking for a reliable and motivated Hotel Housekeeping Attendant to help maintain clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest spaces. In this role, you'll be responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms and public areas to ensure a high standard of hospitality. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will play a key role in creating a positive guest experience. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment where your work is essential to daily hotel operations. Responsibilities Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing linens and amenities. Sanitize bathrooms, surfaces, and high-touch areas to maintain a hygienic environment. Maintain cleanliness in hallways, lobbies, and other common areas. Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and in-room items to ensure guest satisfaction. Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly to management. Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Remove trash and dispose of waste according to hotel standards. Complete room assignments efficiently while meeting quality expectations and time standards. Skills & Qualifications Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, especially in a hotel or hospitality setting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift. Basic communication skills and the ability to follow instructions. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
