Cleaning Specialist

Overview We are immediately seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Monday-Friday cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are hygienic and welcoming. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure that restrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning schedules and tasks. Adhere to company policies and procedures while performing cleaning duties. Qualifications Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
