We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and service-focused Houseman to support our housekeeping and operations teams while delivering the exceptional hospitality that Hilton guests expect. Position Summary The Houseman plays a vital role in ensuring our hotel remains clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times. This team member supports the housekeeping department by maintaining public areas, assisting room attendants, delivering guest requests, and ensuring supplies are stocked throughout the hotel. The ideal candidate takes pride in cleanliness, enjoys working as part of a team, and is committed to creating outstanding guest experiences. Essential Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, fitness center, meeting spaces, and public restrooms. Assist room attendants by delivering linens, towels, amenities, and housekeeping supplies. Collect and transport dirty linens and trash from guest room floors and service areas. Respond promptly to guest requests such as extra towels, linens, toiletries, cribs, or other amenities. Support housekeeping operations with deep cleaning projects and room inspections as assigned. Ensure housekeeping storage rooms, laundry areas, and supply closets remain organized and well-stocked. Assist with hotel arrivals, departures, and special events when needed. Follow Hilton and Home2 Suites brand standards, safety procedures, and cleanliness expectations. Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and guest concerns promptly to management. Demonstrate a positive, professional attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction. Qualifications Previous housekeeping, custodial, or hotel experience preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
