Summary The Houseman supports the housekeeping team on guest room floors by ensuring a clean,anized, and well-stocked environment, enabling Room Attendants to work efficiently and deliver Hyatt service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Room Attendants by stripping guest rooms (removing used linens, towels, and trash) to prepare rooms for cleaning
  • Deliver linens, towels, and guest supplies promptly to Room Attendants on assigned floors
  • Maintain cleanliness andanization of guest hallways, service landings, and vending areas at all times
  • Empty trash from housekeeping areas, hallways, and service points regularly
  • Keep housekeeping closets clean,anized, and fully stocked with required supplies and par levels
  • Transport dirty linens to designated collection areas and ensure proper handling procedures are followed
  • Restock linen closets and supply areas throughout the shift to support workflow efficiency
  • Monitor guest floor conditions and report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly
