Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using established protocols and industry best practices Care for floors by sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to ensure a spotless appearance Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens to maintain readiness for guest needs Handle janitorial tasks including waste removal, window cleaning, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces Follow safety procedures during industrial or heavy-duty cleaning tasks to prevent accidents Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with hospitality regulations and company policies Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for all Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within hospitality or industrial settings Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures and standards is highly desirable Ability to efficiently manage multiple cleaning tasks while maintaining attention to detail Excellent time management skills to complete daily duties within scheduled timeframes Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues effectively Leadership or housekeeping management experience is a plus for those interested in supervisory roles Join us in delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort!
