FULL-TIME HOUSE CLEANER
Crispy Clean Labor & Final Clean Services is hiring a dependable house cleaner to join our growing team. We clean residential homes, rental properties, offices, and new construction homes throughout Warren, St. Charles, and Lincoln Counties.Pay:
- Starting pay $16-$18/hour depending on experience
- Performance-based raises available
- Opportunities for advancement into lead positions
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- Typical hours are between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM
- Hours vary based on workload but generally range from 20-35 hours per week
- Occasional weekend availability is a plus for rental turnovers
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be dependable and show up for scheduled shifts
Important:
This position includes a 90-day probation period. Attendance and reliability are extremely important. We understand emergencies happen, but repeated call-offs, excessive lateness, or attendance issues during the probation period may result in termination. We are looking for someone who:- Takes pride in their work

- Can work Monday-Friday consistently
- Wants a long-term position with room to grow Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
