Duties Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to ensure optimal sanitation. Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and polishing surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch surfaces regularly. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest or resident requests promptly and professionally. Manage residential or commercial cleaning tasks with precision, following established protocols for safety and quality. Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and reporting maintenance issues promptly. Qualifications Proven experience in janitorial work, custodial services, or housekeeping roles; hotel experience is a plus. Skills in cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending comfortably. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Knowledge of laundry processes and equipment operation. Familiarity with commercial cleaning supplies and safety protocols.
