Job Description
Key Responsibilities Clean assigned guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms. Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities. Empty trash and remove recyclables. Stock and organize housekeeping carts and supply areas. Perform deep-cleaning tasks when needed. Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally. Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items. Follow hotel cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards. Work cooperatively with housekeeping team members and other departments. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred (often not required). Previous housekeeping experience is helpful Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and push carts for extended periods. Attention to detail and time-management skills. Good communication and customer service skills.
