Overview Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeping Attendant and play a vital role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests and residents. This position offers the opportunity to showcase your cleaning expertise, and attention to detail. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across various spaces, ensuring sanitation and safety protocols are meticulously followed. Your dedication will directly contribute to an exceptional experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, residential units, or common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Maintain cleanliness of floors through carpet cleaning, floor care, and appropriate custodial techniques to ensure safety and appearance standards are met Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure availability for staff and guests Follow all sanitation procedures diligently to uphold health standards and prevent the spread of germs Provide friendly customer service by responding promptly to guest or resident requests and addressing concerns professionally Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping roles Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures Available full time/ part time and on call Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning chemicals; certifications in housekeeping management or commercial cleaning are a plus Previous experience in hotel settings or with carpet cleaning is highly desirable (We are willing to train)
