Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and beverages to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness of public areas like hallways, lobbies, elevators, and restrooms by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests. Follow all health and safety regulations related to cleaning procedures and chemical handling. Assist with special cleaning projects such as carpet care or industrial cleaning tasks when needed. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards and procedures enhances your ability to deliver exceptional service. Excellent attention to detail ensures every corner is spotless and guest rooms meet quality expectations. Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
