Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, windows, and furniture to uphold cleanliness standards. Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall floor appearance throughout the hotel. Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest comfort and convenience. Maintain public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces by cleaning surfaces and ensuring they are tidy and welcoming. Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning supplies responsibly to promote a safe environment for guests and staff. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold hotel standards. Assist with special cleaning projects such as industrial cleaning or deep cleans during off-peak hours when needed. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services within a hotel or hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures and hospitality industry standards. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards. Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly. Experience managing housekeeping tasks efficiently in busy environments is a plus.
