Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure our residential or commercial spaces are spotless, welcoming, and well-maintained. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, maintaining high standards of sanitation, and creating a comfortable environment for residents, guests, or clients. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help uphold the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities, making every space inviting and safe. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and polishing hard floors to ensure a pristine appearance Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items Assist with meal preparation or light cooking tasks as needed to support household or guest needs Manage custodial tasks including trash removal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleaning inventories Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests and ensuring guest or resident satisfaction Experience Prior experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles is highly desirable Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and janitorial procedures Familiarity with floor care methods including carpet cleaning and floor polishing Experience with laundry operations and sanitation standards in hospitality or residential settings Housekeeping management experience is a plus for supervisory or team-leading roles Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety protocols and sanitation guidelines Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with residents, guests, or team members Join us in creating clean, comfortable environments where people feel valued and cared for!
