Responsibilities Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to established standards Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish amenities such as toiletries and towels Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and perform floor care to ensure a spotless environment Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report them promptly Follow proper cleaning procedures using industry-standard equipment and cleaning products Assist with laundry duties including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens and towels Support overall hotel operations by ensuring cleanliness in corridors, elevators, lobbies, and other communal areas Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, stripping, waxing and polishing floors Familiarity with hotel or industrial cleaning standards and procedures Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts Experience in custodial management or housekeeping supervision is a plus Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication transforms guest spaces into inviting retreats!
