The Role As a House Cleaning Professional, you will play a vital role in maintaining beautiful, welcoming homes for our clients. This is not just "cleaning." It is: Creating peace in people's homes Representing a professional company Delivering consistent, high-quality service For the right person, this role can grow into a Team Lead position. Pay & Incentives $20/hour starting with performance based increases Gas reimbursement between cleans Consistent weekday schedule (no nights) Paid training Clear systems & expectations $100 Monthly Attendance Bonus for reliable, on-time performance Opportunity for growth into leadership We reward reliability. Responsibilities Perform thorough residential cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces) Maintain high standards of quality and safety Communicate professionally with clients Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled cleans Report maintenance or safety concerns Care for cleaning supplies and equipment Requirements Monday-Friday availability (20-30 hours/week) Reliable transportation, license, and insurance Ability to commute throughout the Flathead Valley (Bigfork, Kalispell, Whitefish, Lakeside, Columbia Falls) Physically able to clean 4-6.5 hour shifts Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Alignment with our core values Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required; we train the right person.
